Licenses not being correctly detected

licensecheck isn't able to get the license for some packages (see those with ✖):

Hi @davetapley, the packages that have moved over to using pyproject.toml are using the latest SPDX form to assign the license value and based on PEP 639 .

It looks like Licensecheck is not recognizing the newer License-Expression emitted from the pyproject.toml and there is an issue out for it FHPythonUtils/LicenseCheck#121.
