Re-enables Linux CI coverage for the Python SDK within the packaging pipeline so Python tests run across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Changes:
- Re-introduces the
test_python_linux_x64job in thetest_pythonstage. - Restores Linux artifact downloads and runs the shared
